    Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a judgment,

rendered on July 21, 2011, of the Superior Court of the Grant

County, State of Washington, that the Treasurer of the Quincy

Columbia Irrigation District shall sell the property described

below, at a foreclosure sale beginning at 10:00 AM, on August 26,

2011, at the office of the Quincy Columbia Irrigation District,

1720 South Central Avenue, City of Quincy, County of Grant, State

    Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a judgment, rendered on July 21, 2011, of the Superior Court of the Grant County, State of Washington, that the Treasurer of the Quincy Columbia Irrigation District shall sell the property described below, at a foreclosure sale beginning at 10:00 AM, on August 26, 2011, at the office of the Quincy Columbia Irrigation District, 1720 South Central Avenue, City of Quincy, County of Grant, State of Washington. This sale is made in order to pay for delinquent assessments, costs, and interest owed to the Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District. The property will be sold to the highest and best bidder but bids will not be accepted for less than the minimum sale price set by the Superior Court. The minimum sale price for the property to be sold is set out below. Payment must be made at time of sale and must be by cash, bank cashier's check, or a negotiable instrument of equivalent security. In addition to payment of the purchase price, purchasers must pay the full amount of all property taxes, drainage or diking district assessments, the cost and interest relating to such taxes or assessments prior to receiving a Treasurer's Deed to the property, and the costs associated with the transfer of title.

    The property will be sold subject to existing easements, covenants, reservations, and exceptions of record. The description of property to be sold at the foreclosure sale together with minimum bid and approximate amount of other taxes which must be paid before receiving a Deed is as follows:

    Grant County Tax Parcel No. 21-0302-000 and 21-0304-000.

    Legal Description:

    That portion of Water Delivery Unit 109, Irrigation Block 81, Columbia Basin Project,     according to the Irrigation Block Plat thereof recorded in Grant County on March 30, 1964     lying in the Northeast quarter and Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter and the     Northwest quarter or the Southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 17 North, Range 24     E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

    Minimum Bid : $35,677.16

    Additional Taxes to be paid: $0

Parcel 2:

    Grant County Tax Parcel No. 21-0307-000.

    Legal Description:

    That portion of Water Delivery Unit 110, Irrigation Block 81, Columbia Basin Project,     Washington, according to the Irrigation Block Plat thereof recorded in Grant County on     March 30, 1964 lying in the East half of the Southeast quarter (E1/2SE1/4) of Section     twenty-one (21) Township seventeen (17) North, Range twenty-four (24) East, Willamette,     Meridian.

    Minimum Bid: $14,360.15

    Additional Taxes to be paid: $0

    Interested parties and members of the public are invited to participate in this sale. This sale will not take place if by 4:30 p.m., on Thursday, August 25, 2011, the amounts due are paid in the manner specified by law.
