GRANT COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT: NOTICE OF DECISION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on August 8, 2011, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners approved a non project proposal to adopt amendments to the following chapters of the Unified Development Code: UDC 23.08.420 Utility Developments, UDC 23.08.430 - Utility Developments, Major & UDC 25.02 - Definitions by removing all reference to electric transmission and distribution lines.  Applicant:  Grant County, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, WA  98823.   The application was reviewed by the Grant County Board of County Commissioners at an open record public hearing on August 8, 2011, to consider the recommendations and findings from the Grant County Planning Commission along with other public comment pertaining to the proposed amendment.   The applicant and/or a party with standing may appeal this decision to the Washington Growth Management Hearings Board by filing a written appeal together with the applicable filing fee for the Washington Growth Management Hearings Board, 319 7th Ave. SE., Suite 103, P.O.
