to be technically complete on August 1, 2011.

PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Checklist for the application of bio-solids on approx. 4000 acres. This proposal is located in the Agricultural zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Statewide Biosolids Management General Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None required at this time. LOCATION: The subject parcels are located in the vicinity of Road 7 SW and Road T SW, west of Beverly Burke Rd SW except for one parcel located on the east side of Beverly Burke Rd SW. Parcels are #15-0302-000, 15-0303-001, 15-0304-000, 15-0306-000, 15-0307-000, 15-0317-000, 15-0319-000, 15-0318-000, 15-0319-002, 15-0319-001, 15-0319-000, 15-0320-002, 15-0326-000, 15-0325-000, 15-0328-000, 15-0327-001, 15-0328-001, and 15-0960-000. The parcels are located in portions of Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, & 15 Township 17 North, Range 23 East, WM, and Section 6, Township 17, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, October 12, 2011, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
