Sandra Chatterton-Rowan

Sandra M. Chatterton-Rowan 64 years of age left this life unexpectedly July 24, 2011.

She was born August 29, 1946 in San Francisco, CA. She spent most of her life around Smith River, CA and Moses Lake, WA. Returning to the Smith River area and making her final home in Hiouchi, CA.

Sam, as she is known by her many close friends, enjoyed 4 wheeling in the Moses Lake, WA sand dunes and camping with the 4 wheel drive clubs on many outings. She loved fishing any stream, lake or ocean for any kind of fish or crabbing. She also enjoyed travel and was able to take numerous cruises.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and her soul made and the great love of many years Bill Keeling. Bill is so thankful for her daughter Trina and son Rob that are in Hiouchi, CA helping him through this unexpected tragedy.

A memorial to honor her life will be held August 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Wier's Mortuary Chapel, 408 G Street, Crescent City, CA 95531.
