Royal Schools add evening hours

ROYAL CITY - Good news for parents who work long hours in the Royal School District. They will be able to register older children for school in the evening.

The Royal High School registration will be held between noon and 8 p m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9. The Royal Middle School registration will be conducted during the same hours on Wednesday, Aug. 10.

According to Super?intendent Rose Search, parents will be able to register students, pay fees, secure locks for student lockers and gather schedules.

"Completing all these details before school begins (on Aug. 25) will jump-start our school offices to function more smoothly," Search said.
