NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 15, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding an application for Classification as Open Space Land for Current Use Assessment under Chapter 84.34 RCW from Macedonio and Dominga Barragan Gaspar for a 60.20 acre parcel located in Eagle Springs Ranch, Lot #104, in S 23, T 21 N, R 29, W M (Parcel # 18-0431-005). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
