An ordinance amending Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal

Code entitled “Street Construction or Improvement Reimbursement

Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which

establishes street construction charges for Wapato Drive.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 26, 2011 will be in

force five (5) days after publication.
