NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT CHANGE APPLICATION DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
Description of Proposal: Add a point of withdrawl and modify
the place of use to DOE Ground Water Permit G3-29405P. No change to
the purpose of use or increase of water quantity of water is
authorized.
Proponent: Lawrence Orchards LLC, 13000 Road D SW, Royal
City, WA 99357
Location of proposal, including street address, if any:
Existing water right permit and proposed changes are within
Section 21 & 28 Township 17 North, Range 27 East W.M.
Lead agency: Grant County Water Conservancy Board.
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does
not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW
43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a
completed environmental checklist and other information on file
with the lead agency. This information is available to the public
on request.
