NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL

BE HELD August 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County

Commissioners Hearing Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Grant

County Courthouse at 35 C Street NW in Ephrata, WA. The purpose of

this notice is to:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Grant County Courthouse at 35 C Street NW in Ephrata, WA. The purpose of this notice is to:

1. Notify the public of Grant County's closeout of its Community Development Block Grant-Recovery (CDBG-R) General Purpose Grant from the State of Washington's Department of Commerce, No. 08-F96119-003 for the renovation and expansion of Grant County Fire District #3's George, Washington Fire Station.

2. Comments will be received on the County's and Grant County Fire District #3's use of the CDBG-R funds.

3. A Spanish language interpreter will be available at the public hearing. The Commissioners' Hearing Room is handicap accessible, with elevator access from the first floor of the Courthouse to the second floor.
