Pamela Helen Larsen, age 62, a lifelong Warden resident lost her very short battle with renal cancer on April 21, 2011 in Samaritan Hospital. By her side was her lifelong friend Terri Eatherton, and her daughter Charlotte Imbert. She also leaves behind grandchildren Chance Imbert, Josh and Kim Lovaas, great grandchildren Justin and Jereica Imbert, her brother Robert Imbert and his wife Mary Lynn, and their three children Jim Imbert, Adam Thompson, Sarah and her husband Rob Antionette along with her children Tristan Rocha and Andre Morales.

Pam was born to Warden pioneers Gordon Whitnall and Betty Lou (Coberly) Imbert, March 1, 1949 in Ritzville, WA. She had many hobbies which included painting and drawing, reading, writing short stories, showing and riding horses, and showing her prized Basenji's. Pam was a 4-H leader for several years and was awarded her 25 year coin of service for the Ephrata-Moses Lake Kennel Club. Pam held many jobs around the area such as the Cimmaron in Othello, as a cook at BBCC, at the Corral in Warden, and also Value Plus in Warden. She finally settled down into her own business and named it Pamela's Pantry. There will be a celebration potluck in Pam's honor. Feel free to bring your favorite dish or memory. The potluck will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Warden School Cafeteria. Donation jars are set up around Warden and you can make a donation in care of Pam at the U.S. Bank in Warden.
