Reader insulted by column
To judge an entire school district on the basis of a one day, one hour visit is extremely small-minded. To write off all Moses Lake schools and teachers on the basis of a dirty pair of jeans and the gap between a teacher's sweatshirt and pants when bending over is shortsighted in the extreme. It was very poor judgement on your part to allow Lynne Lynch to malign all Moses Lake teachers on such flimsy evidence. I'm sure your subscription cancellations are proof of how many teachers were deeply offended by this article. Teacher's are being asked to do more and more while resources are steadily being taken away. Perhaps Mrs. Lynch should spend several days or weeks in a variety of classrooms and schools before such criticism is so blissfully and ignorantly offered. How embarrassing for the Herald to have published such an insulting article.
