NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DETERMINATION OF

NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: The applicant seeks to build a 108' x 326' Free Stall Barn to house dairy cows. The project site is located on Rd. 15 NE approximately _ of a mile west of Stratford Rd. NE. Located in Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 28 East,W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel #19-0182-000) After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
