Bomb threat unfounded

| April 5, 2011 6:00 AM

MOSES LAKE ?- Notes falsely indicated a bomb was in a Moses Lake High School classroom Friday afternoon.

The students were evacuated and the police were called, according to Moses Lake School District Superintendent Michelle Price.

"As the bell was ringing for the start of spring break, several notes were found at Moses Lake High School claiming a bomb was in a particular classroom," state Price.

"No devices have been found."

Anyone with information about the notes is asked to call the Moses Lake police at 509-764-3887.

Some students left items on campus due to a lack of access Friday. Price stated the items are available at the high school office.
