The Moses Lake School District (MLSD) is seeking contractor

quotes for 2 small works projects; the installation of a reader

board sign at Garden Heights Elementary School and an arrow

sculpture at Moses Lake High School.

The scope of the projects will include installation for sign parts

and assembly, sculpture parts and assembly, excavation, both sub

grade and above grade concrete work. The projects can be quoted

separately or together.

Plan specifications and project information may be obtained by telephone from the Moses Lake School District Maintenance Department at 509-766-2683, 7:30 am to 3 pm M-F.

Quotes for this project need to be submitted by 3:30pm April 6, 2011 and will not be accepted after the deadline date. It is the responsibility of all interested and qualified parties to insure that their quote is physically received in the Maintenance Department Office prior to the above date. No responsibility will be taken by the school district or for delays in the United States mail, internet-district mail, miss-addressing, misdirected, or wrong delivery.

All interested and qualified parties must possess all applicable valid business licenses. Parties will assure the MLSD that they will comply with all the state and federal guidelines and/or regulations. Therefore, any party wishing to do business with the School District will not discriminate against race, color national origin, sex or handicap. This is in accordance with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, July 26, 1990, P.L. 101-336, and the Title IXI RCW 28A. 640 of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended.
