Reader disagrees with cuts
Obama and Congress eliminate Senior Citizens Medicare Advantage plans for 2011.
President Obama has described Medicare Advantage as a "waste," and Congress has agreed, proposing $132 billion worth of cuts to the program in the 2010 health reform package.
Given these budget cuts, health insurers drop the Medicare Advantage plans for 2011.
The CBO estimates that Medicare Advantage enrollment will drop 4.8 million seniors.
Obama wants to force seniors into using his Obama care plan of "expanding Medicare" and further increasing the size of the Federal Government but what about taxes.
Oh don't worry about the cost of this expansion the American people will pick up the tab. Congress already has a tax increase planned for just after the November elections.
What are the American people going to do about it anyway? It's not like they are going to vote congress out most of them have no idea about what's going on and they don't vote anyway so who cares?
They should thank Senator Murray she worked hard to make this happen.
Remember Queen Nancy told us we will just have to pass this bill so we can see what inside. She is so nice. I am sure she did not know that this would happen but maybe she and Senator Murray should have read the bill but they are so busy they just did not have time.
