Thank you Columbia Basin Herald for your sponsorship and attendance at the second annual Adams County Development Council's golf tournament on Aug. 28. And thank you for the surprise donation of the river trips for the auction. The funds raised will be used to create programs in Adams County regarding business retention and new business recruitment.

Everyone had a great time and the weather couldn't have been better and only I heard praise for the prime rib diner. The auction was a success and the raffle winners were thrilled.

We are already looking forward to next year's tournament and hoping you will plan to put together another team and attend the dinner and auction. It was a lot of fun.
