GRANT COUNTY PROSECUTOR

Reader supports Albert Lin

This letter is in response to Ms. Lisa Dalluge's letter of September 16, 2010. Before you write a letter to straighten out the facts for the voters of Grant County, perhaps you should make sure that you have the facts straight. Mr. Klasen is a very respected member of the community and former prosecutor of 39 years, and deserves our respect. Tailing Lin was so underhanded and dirty politics, that it was like out of a movie. Even though Lee did not sit on the canvassing board, he still worked behind the scenes to change the outcome of an election as shown by his affidavit attached to the challenge.

Ms. Dalluge, as far as bar complaints go, you are the queen of bar complaints. You have for years harassed the Prosecutor's office because they prosecuted members of your family for various felonies. Then when you hooked up with Lee, your conduct continues as you do his dirty work for him. Prosecutors that did not support Lee, have had Bar complaints filed against them by you. Your last bar complaint against Lin was dismissed in record time. Lee can't deny filing bar complaints against others who did not support him. Oh, by the way, Lee is under scrutiny by the PDC for unethical campaign tactics.

Lee is sitting behind his desk dropping cases, plea bargaining them away, or just plain not charging them. He has still never tried a case in Superior Court. Pleading a case and trying a case are two different things. If you don't believe me, just check the numbers. He just lost another big case in the Court of Appeals, because the state failed to provide any evidence. Ms. Dalluge, I can only suggest that before you do Lee's dirty work, you, yourself check the facts.
