City of Moses Lake: Sale of Surplus Equipment

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Moses Lake at the

Public Works Office, 11789 Road 4 NE, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake,

Washington 98837 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 1, 2010.

Envelopes shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid and the equipment

number".

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Moses Lake at the Public Works Office, 11789 Road 4 NE, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 1, 2010. Envelopes shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid and the equipment number".

Equipment may be inspected one day only (no exceptions). Inspection date is Saturday, September 25, 2010, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bid Proposal Forms may be obtained and equipment may be inspected at the City of Moses Lake Operations Complex, 11789 Road 4 NE, Moses Lake, Washington. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Proposal Form furnished by the Public Works Office. City of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City. The equipment is being sold in an "as-is-condition". Equipment must be paid in full and removed from city property within 14 days of being notified as the successful bidder.
