They decided to start the business because it was time.
They also realized they could do it after working in other local offices for so many years.
The business opened Monday.
"It's amazing the amount of foot traffic we've had already," Pam said Thursday. "Rich already has a listing that he wasn't expecting. He got it the first day. It's just going really, really well."
