Development) application was received by Grant County on October

12, 2010, from Public Utility District No. 2 (Designated Contact:

technically complete on October 20, 2010.

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) application was received by Grant County on October 12, 2010, from Public Utility District No. 2 (Designated Contact: Darrell Pock, PO Box 878, Ephrata, WA 98823) and was found to be technically complete on October 20, 2010. PROJECT: To develop a fish bypass at Priest Rapids Dam by utilizing three existing spillbays which are immediately adjacent to the powerhouse and convert them into permanent surface oriented smolt passage routes. SEPA: A SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance was issued by Public Utility District No 2 for this proposal on October 6, 2010. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Rural. ZONING: Rural Remote. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. STUDIES COMPLETTED: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The project site address is Priest Rapids Dam, 29086 Hwy 243 S, Mattawa, WA 99349, the southern 1/2 half of the northwest 1/4 in Section 2, Township 13 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA.
