The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action:

         PARCEL 1:  (19-1385-000)

    That portion of Farm Unit 181, Irrigation Block 44, Columbia Basin Project, as per plat     thereof filed January 20, 1953, records of Grant County, Washington, lying South of EL     63.8 Lateral.

         PARCEL 2:  (18-1066-000)

    The South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 17 North, Range 30,     E.W.M., Grant County, Washington EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West half of the     Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 17, Township 17 North, Range 30,     E.W.M., Grant County, Washington.

     PARCEL 3:  (18-1074-000)

    A portion of the South half of Section 20, Township 17 North, Range 30 E.W.M., Grant     County, Washington, described as follows:

    Beginning at a 5/8ths rod and cap marking the West quarter corner of Section 20, said point     bears South 00º38’14” West from a 5/8ths rod and cap marking the Northwest corner of     said Section; thence South 00º59’26” West, following the West boundary of the Southwest     quarter of said Section, a distance of 1,156.13 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence     South 89º13’18” East, a distance of 2,637.21 feet to a 1/2 inch Surveyor’s Pin and Cap;     thence continuing South 89º13’18” East, a distance of 330.22 feet to a 1/2 inch Surveyor’s     Pin and Cap; thence continuing South 89º13’18” East, a distance of 733.91 feet to a 1/2     inch     Surveyor’s Pin and Cap and an intersection with the Westerly right of way boundary     of     U.S.B.R.     The West half of the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 17 North,     Range 30 E.W.M., records of Grant County, Washington.

    A portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 20 and a portion of the Southeast quarter of     Section 17, Township 17 North, Range 30 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington, described     as follows:

    Beginning at a U.S.B.R. Brass Cap Monument marking the North quarter corner of Section     20, said point bears South 89º11’53” East from a 5/8th rod and cap marking the Northwest     corner of said Section 20; thence North 00º35’47” East, following the North-South     midsection line of said Section, 2,318.17 feet; thence South 89º16’00” East, 1,422.52 feet     to an intersection with the centerline of USBR Canal ELC; thence following said canal     through the following six courses: thence South 19º21’00” West, 216.70 feet; thence     following a tangential curve to the left having a central angle of 55º22’23”, a radius of     477.50 feet and an arc length of 461.50 feet; thence South 36º01’00” East, 315 feet; thence     following a tangential curve to the right having a central angle of 48º26’26”, a radius of     477.50 feet and an arc length of 403.70 feet; thence South 12º26’00” West, 1,059.80 feet to     an intersection with the North boundary of the Northeast quarter of Section 20; thence     South 12º26’00” West, 299.20 feet; thence North 89º17’23” West, 178.73 feet to a 1/2 inch     Surveyor’s Pin and Cap; thence continuing North 89º17’23” West, 1,237.17 feet to an 1/2     inch Surveyor’s pin and cap; thence North 00º48’35” East, following the North-South     mid-section line of Section 20, a distance of 291.60 feet to the True Point of Beginning. 

        PARCEL 6:  (18-1066-001)

    The North half of the Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 17 North, Range 30     E.W.M., Grant County, Washington, EXCEPT the Southwest quarter of the Northwest     quarter of the Southwest quarter of said section, AND EXCEPT the South 150 feet of the     West 300 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter there.

    TOGETHER WITH a 56x24 1980 Four Seasons manufactured home, the title of which was     eliminated by Title Elimination Application recorded November 8, 2001, under Auditor’s     No. 1092281.

The sale of the described property is to take place at 10:30 am on the 3rd day of December, 2010 at the main lobby of the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington.
