NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE

Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Real Property

Tax Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Grant County Superior

Court on the 8th day of October, 2010, in proceedings for

foreclosure of tax liens upon real property, as provided by law, I

shall on the 22nd day of October, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., in the Grant

County Commissioner’s Hearing Room, in the city of Ephrata, Grant

County, Washington sell the lands or lots described on the

Foreclosure Parcel List.

      Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Real Property Tax Judgment and Order of Sale entered by the Grant County Superior Court on the 8th day of October, 2010, in proceedings for foreclosure of tax liens upon real property, as provided by law, I shall on the 22nd day of October, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., in the Grant County Commissioner’s Hearing Room, in the city of Ephrata, Grant County, Washington sell the lands or lots described on the Foreclosure Parcel List. A copy of the list is provided free of charge beginning Monday, October 18th, 2010 at my office on the second floor of the Grant County Courthouse. Lands or lots are sold to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs adjudged to be due thereon (as listed in the foreclosure parcel list.)
