An ordinance amending Chapter 20.05 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Consolidated Application Process.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which clarifies that a pre-application meeting does not constitute a formal application and does not create a vested right.

This ordinance, which was passed on October 12, 2010 took effect immediately.
