PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution

2010-081-CC Findings and Determination for Order of Sale that Grant

County will sell at Public Auction for cash, Thursday, on the 9th

day of December, 2010, commencing at 2:00 PM, in the Commissioners'

Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington, to

dispose of county real property declared surplus on November 2,

2010

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution 2010-081-CC Findings and Determination for Order of Sale that Grant County will sell at Public Auction for cash, Thursday, on the 9th day of December, 2010, commencing at 2:00 PM, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington, to dispose of county real property declared surplus on November 2, 2010, and more particularly described as follows:

    Parcel 01-0514-000 Minimum Bid starts     at $36,000.00.

Home is available for viewing on December 7th between 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Please contact the Treasurer's Office for special conditions of sale. The above-described real property will not be sold for less than the amount set opposite the description of the property. Recording of deed will be issued within (30) days following sale date.
