Reader upset with Republicans in Congress

The Republicans in Congress are already showing their true colors with the way they refused to talk about extending unemployment to a couple million jobless people who have families to support. They put off this discussion until a November 30th meeting (already on the agenda-last day to extend unemployment), when they are demanding that their tax breaks are extended, probably forever. The blackmail in this is if "we don't get billions of dollars" for the rich, then those guys we convinced to vote for us can just rot, and starve-without a medical plan. Great opening salvo of Greed. That leads to Grief. The same old version of Cooperation. It's political Constipation-nothing has changed. Aren't we lucky to have these heroes looking out for us? Two more years of this, will the U.S. survive?
