The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 09-15 Replacing Appendix S of Chapter 12.08 of the Royal City Municipal Code Entitled "Sewer Service System" Relating to Sewer Rates. This ordinance was passed on the 16th day of November, 2010, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law. Any person may obtain the full text of this ordinance by mail without charge by request to City Hall, PO Box 1239, Royal City, WA 99357, or in person at 445 Camelia Street NE.
