The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 10-03 Replacing Appendix W of Chapter 12.04 of the Royal City Municipal Code Entitled "Water Service System" Relating to Water Rates. This ordinance was passed on the 16th day of November, 2010, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
