LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD November 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from Grant County Superior and District Courts in the amount of $11,255.00 to purchase an ADA compliant assisted listening and translation system for use in Grant County Courtrooms. Trial Court Improvement funds will be used. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
