Candidate forum is Dec. 6

MOSES LAKE - The public is invited to a Dec. 6 candidate forum showcasing the two candidates for the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District race.

The forum takes place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Frontier Middle School cafeteria, located at 517 W. Third Ave., Moses Lake.

Vision 2020 members are forming questions for the forum.

Candidates Ron Covey and Mick Hansen are vying for Glen Rathbone's seat on the irrigation district board. Rathbone is retiring from the position.

The election is Dec. 14 for residents owning property within the irrigation district.
