An ordinance amending Chapter 6.06 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Hazardous Dogs”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows for an exemption to the registration requirements if a dog classified as a hazardous dog has passed the AKC Canine good Citizen test and a provision which indicates the hazardous dog requirements do not apply in certain situations.

This ordinance, which was passed on November 9, 2010 will be in force five days after publication.
