An ordinance amending Chapter 5.22 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Pawnbrokers and Secondhand Dealers”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the fees for background investigations of pawnbrokers and secondhand dealers.

This ordinance, which was passed on November 9, 2010 will be in force five days after publication.
