NOTICE OF SEIZURE FOR FORFEITURE

If you have any interest in the seized property described in

this notice, you must claim that interest or you will automatically

lose that interest.

Notice to Potential Claimant – Read Carefully ! !

If you have any interest in the seized property described in this notice, you must claim that interest or you will automatically lose that interest.  If you do not file a claim for the property, the property may be forfeited even if you are not convicted of any crime.  To claim an interest, you must file a written claim with the forfeiture counsel named below.      The written claim must be signed by you, sworn to under penalty of perjury before a notary public, and state:  (a) Your true name;

(b) The address at which you will accept future mailings from the court and forfeiture counsel; and (3) A statement that you have an interest in the seized property.  Your deadline for filing

the claim document with the forfeiture counsel named below is 21 days from the last publication date of this notice.  This notice will be published on four successive weeks, beginning Nov. 5th                          and ending Nov. 26th                .  If you have any questions, you should see an attorney immediately.

in this notice was seized for forfeiture because it:  (1) Constitutes the proceeds of the violation of, solicitation to violate, attempt to violate, or conspiracy to violate, the criminal laws of the State of Oregon regarding the manufacture, distribution, or possession of controlled substances (ORS Chapter 475); and/or (2) Was used or intended for use in committing or facilitating the violation of, solicitation to violate, attempt to violate, or conspiracy to violate the criminal laws of the State of Oregon regarding the manufacture, distribution or possession of controlled substances (ORS Chapter 475).
