Joseph was born on May 18, 1958 to Joseph and Katharina (Volker) Luczak. He worked in the local food processing plants for a long time and held numerous positions. He loved his wife and children. His interests include target shooting and sports of all kinds, especially bowling, lifting weights and cooking hot peppery foods. He loved to win and hated to lose. His hero was Elvis and like his hero, Joseph died too young. Everyone who knew him would laugh themselves silly with his antics. He often said that if he could retire he wouldn’t know what to do. His life was one of many roads that he took. We wish you all could have know him -- we will miss him very much.

He is survived by numerous family members and relatives in the Columbia Basin and Mid-West. Please send any donations to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital at stjude.org or to any worthy cause to cure diabetes.
