Ruth Evelyn Timpani

| November 8, 2010 12:00 PM

Ruth was born August 17th, 1931 in Raiersburg, Montana. She was the proud daughter of Carl and Maude Burress who were Pioneers of Moses Lake, Washington.

Ruth worked as a CNA at Lakeridge Care facility for 31 years when we earned many honors such as employee of the month. Ruth helped train the majority of the staff and was looked at as an expert in her field.

After she retired from Lakeridge Ruth began a new chapter in her life, while still staying true to her care giving nature. Ruth moved in with her daughter Nancy McNeil for eight years until her passing then she moved in with her daughter Jan Timpani, who in a role-reversal acted as the care giver for her mother. She spend the last 2 and a half years with her until her passing.

Ruth leaves behind a legacy of genuine love and a willingness to do anything for her family and friends. From the moment of her creation she was a facilitator, this is how she touched so many lives and that is how she would like to be remembered.

Ruth will be missed but never forgotten and her legacy is carried on through her daughter Jan Timpani, her son John Timpani Jr, 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and her exhusband of 24 years John Timpani Sr. Memorial services will be held Thursday November 11th at 2:00pm at New Beginnings Church — 318 W. North Shore Dr.
