Potato shed fire is suspicious

MOSES LAKE — A fire destroying a potato storage shed on West Broadway Avenue in Moses Lake is being investigated as suspicious.

Assistant Fire Chief Brett Bastian said the origin point was located and all accidental and natural causes for the fire were ruled out.

The Moses Lake Police Department is investigating the fire.

The fire began at the site Friday afternoon, tearing through empty potato storage sheds.

There were no injuries during the fire.
