Lad Irrigation completes remodel

MOSES LAKE — Lad Irrigation in Moses Lake expanded its store to improve customer service  during a recent remodel.

The new space is found in the areas of retail parts, office and service/dispatch, explained Randy Gubler, the business’s general manager.

Between 4,200 and 4,300 square feet were added to the store’s retail parts area, creating two help counters for agriculture customers and residential customers.

“Our customer base is of course, agriculture and farmers, but we have quite a few homeowners and residential customers who come in for parts and pieces for their irrigation systems,” Gubler explained. “We did that to better serve our customers.”

Previously the store had only one retail parts area to assist customers.

This section of the store is also being developed into a self-service area.

The additional office space creates more room for sales engineers, other offices, a conference room and some restrooms.

The service/dispatch area was remodeled to make it more accessible and available for customers to visit with service managers and dispatchers.

New landscaping, the installation of a stormwater system and the paving of parking lots were also done.

Lad Irrigation is located at 1030 E. Broadway Ave., Moses Lake.
