Reader ponders volunteers quitting

Linda Finlay, executive director of Food Banks for Grant, Lincoln and Adams counties resigned after 29 years of service. Can you even imagine the lives she has touched and the families she has helped in all those years? She treated every person she met from every walk of life with respect, kindness and dignity. I’m going to miss her laughter which is infectious and she made many people smile every day.

Do you know that out of 17 volunteers only two remained at the food bank. What is wrong with this picture? 15 people resigning along with Linda!

I think the public should know the rest of the story.
