Gary Mann offers buyers 3 percent discount

MOSES LAKE — Starting today, those buying participating homes from Gary Mann Real Estate receive a 3 percent reduction in closing costs, for up to $16,000.
“We want to keep the interest alive and extend the savings to buyers,” said Jason Hall, one of the business’s co-owners.
The business was also acting in response to a competitor’s program and wanted to try and beat their offer, he said.
Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Ranch and Home started offering a reduction in closing costs last week for 3 percent, for up to $8,000.
Gary Mann’s offer ends June 30, which is when buyers must have a signed purchase of sale. There is no closing deadline.
Gary Mann has a logo to designate participating homes on its print advertisements. The special is noted on homes listed through the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
“We have close to 30 properties in the last two or three days that have joined,” Hall said. “More will continue to join. Well over half our listings will be participating in the next few weeks.”
He encouraged buyers to act now on the limited time offer.
All Gary Mann properties aren’t automatically placed into the program because sellers first must agree to participate.
