Reader thanks local furniture store

We want to tell you about the best furniture store in Moses Lake. We bought a “famous name” mattress and foundation from Furniture West. The foundation failed. We contacted Furniture West and Ken came out to review the damage. Ken contacted the mattress company. The company took their time getting back to Ken. Furniture West did not waste any time in bringing out a new foundation. The new foundation failed too. We called Ken and he again contacted the company. The company said it was not their problem.

Dustyn and Ken at Furniture West said, “Not to worry. They would make it right.” My husband and I went back to Furniture West and started looking at new mattresses.

We bought a “traditional” style mattress and foundation from another big mattress company. The walls of the mattress failed. We called Furniture West. Ken viewed the problems and said they would replace the mattress, but it failed too. I hated to call and complain. I knew that we did nothing to damage this, or any of the other mattresses. We learned they had a design flaw. Dustyn, bless his heart, did not want us to worry. So, Dustyn had us pick out another new mattress.

I want everyone who goes out of town for furniture to think twice. The problems with these mattresses and foundations were in the design. Furniture West did not have to take the time and trouble to work with the mattress companies. But, they made sure everything was perfect. If we had bought these defective items out of town, we would be out of luck. Furniture West has had my back and I want all of Grant County to know how special they are. Furniture West deserves my business and yours too. These are some very special people.
