Reader upset with lack of service

OK here’s a new one for you. Why is it that the police of City of Moses Lake and Grant County can have the special right to use their lights when ever they want, even if there is no emergency! But they can not even stop to help a broke down car sitting in the middle of traffic? Today, April 9, at about 1 p.m. my car died in the middle of the off ramp at SR 17 and Stratford. Three police cars, two City of Moses Lake and one Grant County car just drove right past me. Yes, they did see me because they had to drive around my broke down car. After two nice gentlemen stopped and pushed my car out of the way, another Moses Lake officer drove by. At about 3 p.m. I saw the same Grant County officer put on his lights fly across the Alder Street bridge through the light at Valley and Stratford, and fly down the hill to Cascade Park just to use the restroom. Why? They are putting peoples’ lives in danger for the to use the restroom? I do not pay my taxes for this outlandish use!
