Ozie D. Whitfield, 89, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Thursday April 29, 2010 in Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, WA.
Ozie was born March 8, 1921 in Wrightsville, AR to William and blanche (Granville) Whitfield.
Viewing will be held from 5 - 8 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2010 in Carver Family Funeral Home, 1217 E. Wheeler Rd., Moses Lake. Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in New Bride Baptist Church, 1432 Fairview, Moses Lake with funeral services immediately following at 1 p.m. Burial with full military honors will be in Tahoma National Cemetery, Covington, WA.
