Susan Diane Frick
Susan Diane Frick passed away after a brief illness on March 27, 2010. She was born April 4, 1954 at Camp Stoneman, Pittsburg, CA. She was known as Sue to everyone. She graduated from Odessa High School, Odessa, Washington in 1972. She obtained her degree in History from Eastern Washington University, in Cheney, Washington and did graduate work in World War II European History also at EWU. She was a member of the “Children of the American Colonists” and as an adult a member of the “Daughters of the American Colonists.” Sue lived and worked in Spokane, WA for more than 25 years before moving to Moses Lake to care for her parents. While in Moses Lake she volunteered at the Moses Lake Food Bank. She loved the family wheat farm and her many dogs and cats over the years. She was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Marlin, Washington. Sue is survived by her parents, David and Mary Frick of Moses Lake, brothers David Frick of Seattle and Fred Frick of Spokane, and sister Joanne Frick of Ravenna, OH, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories in Moses Lake at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 31st. Interment will follow in Guarding Angels Cemetery, Moses Lake. Viewing will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 30th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 31st from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. In lieu flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
