Moses Lake police seek information about gunman

MOSES LAKE — Police seek information leading to the identification of the suspect or suspects who were reportedly seen shooting a gun from a vehicle in Moses Lake Thursday afternoon.

There were no injuries.

At about 1 p.m., police received a report of several gunshots fired at the intersection of Division Street and Seventh Avenue, police Chief Dean Mitchell said.

Several witness reported hearing the gunshots and seeing the suspect vehicle. One witness riding on a bicycle advised of hearing the gunshots go by his head.

The suspect vehicle was described as a green or lime green colored vehicle similar to a Geo Metro with no hubcaps, police reported. There were three male suspects inside the car, all dark complected with shaved heads believed to be in their 20s. There were two suspects in the front of the car and one sitting in the rear.
