Pamela Kaye Russ (O'Neal)

Pamela (Happy) Russ, 59 of Moses Lake WA, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at her home. She was born July 9, 1950, in Eugene OR. She graduated from Ephrata High School in 1968 and moved from the area, returning in 1997. Pam was eager to reconnect with her family and she enjoyed the new friends she had made in Moses Lake through AA. Pam enjoyed making crafts and jewelry to sell at local craft markets.

Pam is survived by her husband, Erik Russ of Moses Lake, her step parents Bob and Colleen Ary of Soap Lake, a brother Michael O’Neal of Soap Lake, a sister Barbie Hill of Kennewick, a half sister Donna Spinning of Twenty Nine Palms CA; four children, Carol DeBord and husband Rod of Auburn WA, Heather Jackson of Culver, IN, Levi Libra and wife Molly, of New Hope MN, Lucy Libra of Roseville MN, and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Wilma Ary, her father Keith O’Neal and a brother Stephen O’Neal.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. at the Alano Club in Moses Lake.
