NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public Utility District No.#2 of Grant County, Washington (the "District"), will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at the offices of the District located at 30 C Street SW, Ephrata, Washington, on the proposed issuance by the District pursuant to Title 54 RCW and a plan of financing with respect to the Priest Rapids Project of certain revenue bonds the interest on which will be excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes pursuant to Sections 103 and 142 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").

Project Description: Environmental enhancement facilities and recreational facilities owned by the District with respect to the Priest Rapids Project (consisting of the Wanapum Development and the Priest Rapids Development), including fish collection guidance and by-pass facilities, hatcheries, and dam and turbine modifications.

Maximum Amount of Bonds for the above Projects: Not to Exceed $180,000,000

The public is invited to attend the hearing and present oral or written testimony regarding the project, or to submit written comments to the District at the above address to be received no later than the time of the hearing. The hearing shall constitute the public hearing required by Section 147(f) of the Code.
