Ronald 'Ron' Warren Rosenow

Ronald “Ron” Warren Rosenow September 7, 1941- February 24, 2010, a resident of Moses Lake, Washington passed away after a 4 year battle with cancer.

Ron was born in Tacoma, raised in Wapato and graduated from Moses Lake High School. Ron moved to Redwood City, California and worked for the USPS from 1960 to 1998. He served in the Army Reserves from 1964 to 1970.

Ron was one of 12 children born to the late David and Hilda Rosenow and married Dorothy Rosenow (Findlay) on June 12, 1964. Ron and Dorothy raised their son Ron in the Bay area and later moved to Rochester, Washington in 1998. They were married for over 40 years until Dorothy’s death. Ron married his current wife Joy and moved back to Moses Lake to be closer to friends and family. Ron was preceded in death by both parents, first wife Dorothy, brothers Richard, Morris and sisters Rouine and Miriam.

Ron is survived by and will forever be remembered by his wife Joy, son Ron (Cynthia), of Moses Lake, and step-sons Travis (Kelly) Kissinger of Mead and Tracy Kissinger of Spokane. Ron is also survived by his brothers Allan, Gary, Mike, (all of Moses Lake) and Steve of Richland, sisters Eleanor Bossuot of Moses Lake, Carolyn Allen of Coeur D’Alene, and Geri Varney of Rice, WA. Ron also had various nieces and nephews along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday March 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at The United Methodist Church 746 Ironwood Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837.
