As a taxpayer, I find it appalling that a Grant County funded agency, New Hope Domestic Violence Services, will allow itself to be used by people who are abusers to exact a new and more diabolical and pervasive form of abuse on their victims. Other agencies I have been involved with, either as a client or as a member of the board, would set a policy to interview the other parties involved before providing intervention.
