The Superior Court of GRANT County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of GRANT County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action:
Lot 720, Larson subdivision, as per plat recorded in Volume 10
of Plats, pages 71 through 80, records of Grant County,
Washington. "Subject to all valid outstanding easements, rights-
of-way, mineral leases, mineral reservations, and mineral
conveyances of record"
If developed, the property address is: 1255 Moses Street, Moses Lake, Wa., 98837.
The sale of the described property is to take place at 10:30 a.m., on the 2nd day of July, 2010, at the main lobby of the GRANT County Courthouse, EPHRATA, Washington.
