Notice is hereby given that Grant County has postponed until further notice a public hearing for the following project: A Conditional Use Permit application received on April 23, 2010, from Ephrata Land Holdings, LLC (Designated Contacts: Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, 1322 Basin St. SW - Suite A, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135, and Scott Teuber, 2632 Lake Drive, Lake Stevens, WA 98258, 425-293-1996). PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit for a gravel mining operation, including sand and gravel production, temporary and/or permanent asphalt and concrete batch plants, and related accessory uses, on an 80.26-acre parcel in the Rural Remote zoning district of Grant County. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 1 mile southeast of Ephrata, WA, approximately 1 mile northwest of the intersection of State Highway 282 and State Highway 17, and in the SW quarter of Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1814-000). This proposal will not be considered at the Hearing Examiner meeting on August 3, 2010. This proposal will be rescheduled at a later date, and an additional Notice of Hearing will be issued at that time.
