Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 11, 2010 from Iberdrola Renewables (Designated Contact: Scott Kringen, Pacific Winds Development LLC, 1125 NW Couch Street-Suite 700, Portland, OR 97209, 503-796-7132), were found to be technically complete on July 8, 2010.
